Jack K. Merrill

Mr. Merrill specializes in employment law and civil litigation. He counsels employees and small businesses on employment matters, including employment and separation contracts, and handles discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful discharge cases. Mr. Merrill’s practice includes arguments before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. He is the author of a quarterly employment law newsletter, writes a regular column for the Community Newspapers, and presents training programs and seminars. Mr. Merrill graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Northeastern University School of Law.
