Henry E. Knoblock III
Henry Knoblock is a corporate finance and technology attorney whose practice includes private placements, reverse mergers and compliance, technology licensing, strategic alliances, electronic commerce, equity-based compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private company corporate compliance. Mr. Knoblock represents start-up and emerging-growth companies, principally in the software, telecommunications and electronic commerce fields, as well as venture capital funds in the formation and investment process. Mr. Knoblock has been recognized as one of the leading corporate lawyers in the United States by Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America.
