Richard Heller
Richard Heller practices primarily in the areas of business planning, commercial lending,
and commercial real estate (including financing, acquisition and sale, and commercial leasing). He represents commercial
lenders and numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures, including real
estate and hotel developers and restaurant and food industry companies.
Mr. Heller graduated from Harvard College (cum laude) and Boston University
School of Law. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to the firm, Mr. Heller was a
founder and a Managing Partner of Heller, Levin & Seksay in Boston. Mr.
Heller is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for
Massachusetts, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the
Supreme Court of the United States.
